The reason I created this website was due to my past frustration with how hard it was for me to search for investments in Utah real estate. Before I became an agent, I would constantly search Google to find deals, but to my disappointment, all I could find were real estate agent web pages with very limited information. Now that I am a real estate agent with full access to the MLS, I feel freedom and it is my goal to bring you that same freedom because I've been in your shoes! I am obsessed with the real estate investment market here in Utah, and am constantly scanning the MLS for the hottest deals.
